By Air to Our Airstrip

For the time-pressed, the long-haul international, or anyone combining Mutinondo with the Luangwa Valley, charter flights now land directly at our private bush airstrip.

A 2hr 20min Scenic Flight

The flight from Lusaka takes around an hour and a half, climbing onto the Muchinga plateau and tracking north over an unbroken canopy of miombo woodland. On a clear day, the granite inselbergs that define this landscape come into view about twenty minutes before you land, the descent itself is one of the highlights of the trip.

We don't operate the flights ourselves. Charters are arranged through a small number of trusted Zambian operators who know the airstrip and the region, we're happy to arrange this for you.

A View You Won’t Forget

The flight is part of the experience, every guest we've flown so far has spent most of it pressed to the window. Below, a glimpse of what to expect.
